There is no doubt you’ve seen pieces about the trade wars and signs of recession all over the local and national news. You would think with the state of the economy that the real estate market is in a real downturn. Much to my surprise and probably yours, the opposite is actually true.
Housingwire.com, a nationally acclaimed real estate newsletter is reporting a great outlook for the real estate market and industry in general. This information is based on the Conference Board’s index outlook that was just released on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. The gauge of present conditions jumped to 177.2 in August. This is astounding as this is the highest reading in almost 19 years!
