As we enjoy the last few days of 2021, it is time to look ahead to 2022. Get the new year started off right by welcoming it in style. Orlando Invasion may be perfect for you! If you don’t have plans yet, then it is definitely time to make some.
What is Orlando Invasion?
Orlando Invasion, previously known as Countdown Campout, is no longer a campout but rather a 2-day city festival. For two days, guests socialize, dance, and enjoy food and beverages while saying goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022.
Who is Eligible to Attend?
Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to attend Orlando Invasion and at least 21 to drink alcohol. An acceptable photo ID must be presented upon entry. Valid forms of ID include:
- Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photo and birthdate
- A passport containing a photograph and birthdate
- A foreign-issued drivers license (not valid for a 21+ wristband)
- Temporary DMV documents showing a license renewal AND the expired license
What Can I Bring?
The Orlando Invasion website has a comprehensive list of items you are and are not allowed to bring with you to the festival. Some of the things you can bring include:
- Service animals
- Cell phones and portable chargers
- Deodorant
- Sunscreen
- Inflatables
- Hydration packs
- LED flow toys
- Fanny packs
- Hand sanitizer
Some of the prohibited items include:
- Outside food and beverages
- Aerosol products
- Coolers
- Gas masks
- Helium balloons
- Rage sticks, banners, or flags
- Weapons
- Illegal substances
- Air horns
