Cardinal Oaks consists of two phases and is located just off County Club Road in Lake Mary. The community boasts just under 100 lots and offers an established neighborhood setting and feel. One of the most appealing features of Cardinal Oaks is that the homes in the neighborhood are custom-built with nice size wooded lots and no HOA.
Residents are close to all of Lake Mary’s many amenities and business opportunities, as well as just 25 minutes from downtown Orlando.
Cardinal Oaks Cove
Cardinal Oaks Cove is a similar community to Cardinal Oaks, with some distinct differences. First, the homes in Cardinal Oaks Cove are larger, and secondly, they offer more contemporary floor plans. The community provides 111 custom homes. Residents are within close proximity to all Lake Mary has to offer and Orlando’s national attractions.
Carisbrooke
Carisbrooke is a small, intimate, gated community of only 44 luxury homes. Located off Markham Road, residents enjoy being close to everything that Lake Mary and surrounding communities have to offer. Carisbrooke is only 19 miles from downtown Orlando, 35 miles from New Smyrna Beach, and easily accessible to I-4, Hwy 17, and the 417 Expressway.
All residences are single-family homes, with most ranging from 3500 to 5200 square feet. Average lot sizes are approximately between 1 and 1 ½ acres, with some offering mesmerizing woodland or water views.
Chase Groves
Chase Groves is a larger Lake Mary community located off Old Lake Mary Road. It contains 700 single-family homes and lots. Most homes are moderately sized and were built between 1991 and 2001. The typical residence has between 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2 and 3 bathrooms. There are countless amenities, including numerous ponds, a park, playground, and tennis courts. Eagle Creek

Eagle’s Crossing

Fountain Parke is a gated townhome community located off Rinehart Road. There are over 300 units in the neighborhood, with all being either 3 or 4 stories. However, there’s no need to worry about all of the stairs. Many units have elevators within them to make navigating the different levels effortless. D.R. Horton Homes and Ashton Woods Homes are responsible for the development of Fountain Parke. Grande Oaks at Heathrow
Built by Kolter Homes and located just outside the north gate of the Heathrow community, sits another popular Lake Mary townhome community called Grande Oaks at Heathrow. Hills of Lake Mary

Preserve at Soldier’s Creek
Preserve at Soldier’s Creek is a gated community located off Raccoon Trail. It is one of the smallest communities, featuring only 25 contemporary-style homes. Each custom home is the craftsmanship of Arlington Homes. Most properties sit on at least 1 acre, with homes averaging about 4,000 square feet in size. Reserve at Lake Mary

Shannon Downs
